Guests Expectations


  1. Guests will use the premises in a careful and lawful manner. Guests are expected to maintain and leave the premises in the same condition as when they entered (except for general cleaning). Guests will pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. They agree that the Owner shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if damage occurs to the premises or any of its furnishings.
  3. Guests agree no animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises.  We apologize in advance, but we need to be sensitive to guests’ allergies.
  5. Guests shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners and adhere to all local ordinances. Quiet hour begins at 10 p.m. and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum.
  7. Only registered guests are authorized to stay overnight in the unit.
  9. No smoking or smokeless vape systems are permitted on the premises.
  11. Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises per state and local laws.
  13. Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property.
  15. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, gas double oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will seek assistance from Owners if the proper operation of such items is not fully understood.
  17. Cable television is not provided. However, Wi-FI, a DVD player, and Smart TV is provided for entertainment enjoyment. Guests can log into their own apps (Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc.) to watch shows or request to borrow DVDs from our video library.
  19. Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owners against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss. They expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Owner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of guests.
